Terri Owen leads the internal communications practice at Fleishman-Hillard’s headquarters in St. Louis, where she provides strategic council in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, brand launches, product rollouts, employee incentives, benefits restructuring and digital communications. She oversees a team that specializes in the alignment of employee performance, corporate reputation, multicultural initiatives, benefits communications, business systems alignment and integration, corporate social responsibility, digital communications, and training and development. Mary O’Connor Lojacono specializes in internal communications and currently serves as the director of operations in Fleishman-Hillard’s Washington, D.C., office. She helps companies, government agencies and associations realize the power of their people by engaging them around business initiatives, including M&As, work redesign, technology implementation and restructuring. Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, LoJacono, a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), was a senior principal in Mercer HR Consulting’s Change Communications team in D.C.

Nick Andrews has almost two decades of experience as a corporate communications and public affairs consultant, specializing in crisis management, change management and positioning. Based in the firm’s Brussels office, he has extensive corporate communications experience across Europe and oversees the agency’s internal communications and reputation management practices in Europe. Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, Andrews was CEO at Gain Anderson in Brussels and a founding member of the U.K. consultancy Smythe Dorward Lambert.

Rachel Catanach, who oversees Fleishman-Hillard’s Hong Kong office, is an expert at cultivating client relationships. A specialist in corporate and financial communications and reputation management, she has handled merger and acquisition issues, initial public offerings and crisis events and is a sought-after writer known for her expertise in writing annual reports for blue-chip companies. Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, Catanach was general manager and regional corporate practice lead at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide’s Hong Kong office.

Koichiro Tokuoka leads Fleishman-Hillard’s internal communications practice in Tokyo. He oversees all aspects of a client’s human resources consulting services, restructuring initiatives, post-merger and post-acquisition integrations, brand-identity programs and change-management initiatives. Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, Tokuoka, who regularly contributes thought pieces to various publications, spent two decades in human resources at Nissan Motor Co., including four years as the director of HR at Nissan Europe, Amsterdam.
